The meeting of church leaders was held at Africa International University located in the suburbs of Nairobi Kenya in the University Chapel Hall. It started at 8.30pm. A total of 101 church leaders in addition to other participants attended. There was a devotion session from 10am to 10.40am with a powerful sermon by Dr Brian Miller. Topics covered during the The Church leaders meeting included:

- Scientific evidence for a creator
- Role of Intelligent Design in addressing the rising challenge of “scientism” and “scientific atheism”
- Theological implications of intelligent design and its relationship with Christianity
- The Question of Intelligent Design and the Church
