Mr. Dag Kr. Norli is the Chair/CEO of the Norwegian trust BioCosmos Africa which is the mother trust of BioCosmos Kenya, and he is in-charge of all operation of the trust. His educational background and as well work experience is in Business, Management and International Marketing. He has worked in leading positions in Norwegian companies with international business and has for the 15 last years travelled worldwide and have through the years gained a lot of international cultural experience and understanding. He has been the architect behind the organizational structure of BioCosmos and is the initiator and founder of BioCosmos Kenya.
He is an alumnus of the Discovery Institute, Center for Science and Culture in Seattle, USA where trained in Intelligent Design in the Natural Sciences and also attended the African Seminar on Intelligent Design. Mr. Norli has for years studied and read various books on the subject of Intelligent Design.
Dr. Richard Ochieng’ is the Chair of Biocosmos Kenya Trust Foundation, and in-charge of all operations of the foundation. He is an alumnus of the Discovery Institute, Center for Science and Culture in Seattle, USA where he obtained a Certificate in Intelligent Design in the Natural Sciences and also attended the African Seminar on Intelligent Design. He has for the past 3 years dedicated his time in reading and researching on Intelligent Design. He is also involved with delivering Public Lectures in Intelligent Design, Training BioCosmos Kenya Student Club Officials and members, and developing study guides for Student Clubs. Dr. Ochieng´ is an agro-climatologist by profession, Lecturer of Geography at University of Eldoret and holds a PhD in Geography, MSc in Geography, Bachelor of Education (Science) from Egerton University – Kenya, Certificate in Statistics in Applied Climatology from University of Reading and a fellow of Geological Survey of India Training Institute. Dr. Ochieng’ has published in various peer reviewed journals in areas of Climate Change, Drought and Rainfall Variability, and Pastoral Resilience. He has participated and presented papers in various local and international conferences. He is currently a member of the Kenya Meteorological Society and and Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS).
Prof. Donald F. Otieno is an Associate Professor who has worked in the higher education sector for the last thirty-one (31) years. He obtained his B. Ed (Science) degree from Kenyatta University, Master’s degree in biology from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia and PhD in Science from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Prof Otieno’s area of specialization is plant systematics. He is well published in this area, with his latest publication being a worldwide revision of the genus Syncolostemon in the family Lamiaceae. Professor also has strong research interests in ethnobotany, especially the use of plants as traditional medicines by local communities and in molecular phylogenetics, especially its use in determining evolutionary relationships between taxa in plant genera but more specifically those in the family Lamiaceae. He has supervised both Master’s and PhD students. He was the Head, Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Eldoret from 2014-2017 and thereafter was appointed as the Director in charge of Quality Assurance, a position he holds hitherto. Currently he is the Vice-Chairman of BioCosmos Trust Foundation, Kenya and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Leadership Foundation, Kenya Chapter. He is also an alumnus of the 2021 Discovery Institute’s Summer School course on Intelligent design, a member of the Society for Economic Botany (SEB), the National Quality Institute (NQI), Kenya Universities Quality Assurance Network (KuQAn) and the East African Quality Assurance Network (EAQAN).
Dr. Morris Maingi Mwatu has a PhD in Geography and Master of Science in Geography both from Egerton University as well as Bachelors degree in Education from University of Nairobi. He is currently a lecturer of Geography at Alupe University College, a constituent college of Moi University, in the department of Humanities and Social Sciences Education. Dr. Mwatu has widely published papers in referred journals, presented conference posters and papers in various national and international conferences as well as involved in research and community engagements. He is affiliated to professional bodies such International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS), and Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS). Dr. Mawtu is involved in research, training and dissemination of Intelligent Design (ID) theory information. He has undergone training on Intelligent Design at Discovery Institute, Center for Science and Culture in Seattle, USA and currently participating actively in public lectures and conferences in ID.
Dr. Lencer Ndede is a Lecturer of Literature at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. Dr. Ndede is the National Coordinator of BioCosmos Students Clubs in Kenya and passionate. She is passionate about Intelligent Design and usually presents on Lectures on “Gaps in the current theories of biological and chemical evolution”. Dr. Ndede has carried out research and written many papers on how the human innate psychological system informs human behavior and how the innately wired mechanisms in the natural human making determines how human beings react to their environment. Her current research work is on human behavior and the Intelligent Design; research that seeks to find out how the innately wired mechanisms in the natural human making and mental schema is a pointer to the presence of an intelligent Designer.Dr. Ndede holds a PhD Literature from the University of Nairobi, Masters of Arts in Literature from University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Education Arts (English/Literature) from Moi University.
Martin Kipkerich Tanui is a Roman Catholic Priest from the Catholic Diocese of Kitale, Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree (Arts) from Kenyatta University; Baccalaureate in Philosophy and Theology from the Pontifical Urban University, Rome, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Degree in Religious Studies of Moi University. He is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Religious Studies at Moi University, Kenya, with an interest on Religion, Science and the Environment. Currently he is a Lecturer of Religious Studies, in the department of Humanities, School of Arts and Human Development at the University of Eldoret, Kenya. He also teaches ‘Ecumenism and Inter-religious Dialogue’ at Mitume Pastoral and Catechetical Centre-Kitale. His academic and research interest is in the role of religion in society and public life, in aspects such as sexuality, politics, health, environment, ethics, science and technology, development and peace. Fr. Martin is an alumnus of the Discovery Institute, Center for Science and Culture in Seattle, USA where he obtained a Certificate in Intelligent Design in the Natural Sciences. He is passionate about Intelligent Design and currently serves as the Treasurer of BioComos Trust Foundation and Patron of University of Eldoret BioCosmos Student Club.

Prof. James Nkansah-Obrempong, Ph.D., is Professor of Theology and Ethics at Africa International University in Nairobi, Kenya. and Dean of NEGST and serves as the Head of Theology Department, where he teaches systematic theology, practical theology, theology and culture and ethics. His area of interests and work is in areas of theology, culture, and ethics and how these disciplines shape beliefs, governance, politics, morality, economics, development, and public policies. He obtained a BA in Theology from PAC University, Nairobi, Kenya, Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees from Africa International University, Nairobi, Kenya and a Ph.D. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California , USA. He was a visiting scholar at the Global Research Institute (GRI) at Fuller Theological Seminary (2010). He is the author of Visual Theology: Some Akan Cultural Symbols, Metaphors, Proverbs, and Myths about God and their Implications for Doing Christian Theology. Germany: VDM Publishing House Ltd. 2010 and Foundations of African Theological Ethics, Langham Monographs, 2013. He has also authored numerous articles in Theological Journals, Theological Dictionaries and Bible Commentaries.
He is an international scholar who has presented and attended many international conferences globally. His research and writing interests focus on African Christian theology, theology and public life, theology and culture, apologetics, ethics, leadership, systematic theology and Intelligent Design. He is currently serving as the Board member of BioCosmos Kenya Foundation and the Vice-Chair of the World Evangelical Alliance Theological Commission and Chair of the Theological Commission of the Association of Evangelicals in Africa. He is also the current Chairperson of the Board of Africa Network for Animal Welfare (ANAW), a local international NGO.
Dr. Gift Mtukwa is a Board member of BioCosmos Kenya and Patron of BioCosmos Kenya Students Club – Africa Nazarene University Chapter. He is an ordained minister with the Church of the Nazarene and teaches in the Religion Department of Africa Nazarene University. He is currently the Chair of the Department of Religion and Christian Ministry at Africa Nazarene University. Mtukwa is also the the lead pastor at the University Church of the Nazarene which meets at the campus of Africa Nazarene University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Studies, a Master of Arts in Theology from the University of Manchester and a Master of Arts in Religion, Bachelor of Theology from Africa Nazarene University. His research interests are in contextual readings of Scriptures, African Biblical Hermeneutics, Thessalonians Correspondence and the intersection of Work and Community.
